Welcome to CrossFit Plainfield!

We would like to let you know what you can expect and what we are all about. When you first enter, you will not feel like an outsider and you will never be judged. We all had to walk through that door for the first time and we all know how it feels. Don’t be intimidated by what you see- you will be given five days of foundation classes. Even after that, each day begins with skills or strength work to help improve your technique. You should expect everyone to say “hi” and “good job.”

Foundation classes are just that – we give you the foundation you need to be successful in group classes.  At the end of your first day, you will do a WOD (Workout of the Day).  Your Coach will take you through the movements step-by-step and teach you how to move properly.  After the 5 foundation classes, you will be ready for group classes but don’t worry, you’re not alone. A Coach will review each movement prior to any workout.
