We offer three class tracks: CrossFit, Burn, and Strength.Class sizes typically range from 5 to 14 members — big enough for energy, small enough for personal attention. Open gym is available for one hour on Sundays with a coach present.

Personal Training

Crossfit Plainfield offers 45 min and 1 hour personal training for everyone. Whether you need to workout during a non-group class time or want to take your fitness to a new level. Your goals and needs drives the training.

CrossFit Teens is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for teenagers and helps them develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, teens participate in fun and engaging workouts. All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of our Trainers.

Team Sports Strength & Conditioning

Our coaching staff is made up of CrossFit coaches that have coached numerous seasons of various sports, and also competed on teams at the collegiate level. We have coached soccer, football, baseball, softball, golf, hockey, and volleyball teams to prepare them for the season and enhance their conditioning. Athletes have consistently found that attending classes at CFP has improved their strength, power, speed, coordination, and endurance.

You’ll find us at 24119 Riverwalk Court #37 in Plainfield, just off Route 59, across from the Community Christian Church and close to the Community Sportsplex. We’re part of a familiar neighborhood hub that also includes the local pet resort and former animal hospital. Free parking is available on site.
