We offer three class tracks: CrossFit, Burn, and Strength.Class sizes typically range from 5 to 14 members — big enough for energy, small enough for personal attention. Open gym is available for one hour on Sundays with a coach present.

We offer two clean bathrooms, a front lounge with coffee, and whiteboards throughout the space to track your goals and progress.

Your Neighborhood Gym in Plainfield

You’ll find us at 24119 Riverwalk Court #37 in Plainfield, just off Route 59, across from the Community Christian Church and close to the Community Sportsplex. We’re part of a familiar neighborhood hub that also includes the local pet resort and former animal hospital. Free parking is available on site.
