Personal Training

Crossfit Plainfield offers 45 min and 1 hour personal training for everyone. Whether you need to workout during a non-group class time or want to take your fitness to a new level. Your goals and needs drives the training.

CrossFit Teens

CrossFit Teens is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for teenagers and helps them develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, teens participate in fun and engaging workouts. All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of our Trainers.

Burn Class

Bootcamp classes designed to help you lose weight, tone muscles, and increase energy.

Team Sports Strength & Conditioning

Our coaching staff is made up of CrossFit coaches that have coached numerous seasons of various sports, and also competed on teams at the collegiate level. We have coached soccer, football, baseball, softball, golf, hockey, and volleyball teams to prepare them for the season and enhance their conditioning. Athletes have consistently found that attending classes at CFP has improved their strength, power, speed, coordination, and endurance.


A class specific for athletes over the age of 50 years old. Programming based on modifying movements to help maintain a healthy lifestyle while working out with people with similar goals.
