OUR CLASSES

OnRamp classes
Provide 1:1 attention and get to know you personally as well as athletically, Teach fundamental movements used in the CrossFit program (rowing, running, box jumps, cleans, push press, and more), Slowly expose and condition you to the intensity of the workouts found in our regular classes
CrossFit group classes

With workouts that are scaleable, CrossFit can equally benefit a person who is less active or an accomplished athlete by tailoring workouts so that each participant is challenged just enough to deliver results and personal progress.

Personal Training
CrossFit Plainfield offers 30 min and 1 hour personal training for everyone. Whether you need to workout during a non-group class time or want to take your fitness to a new level. Your goals and needs drives the training.
CrossFit Teens
CrossFit Teens is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for teenagers and helps them develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, children and teens participate in fun and engaging workouts.. All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of our Trainers.
Team Sports Strength & Conditioning
Our coaching staff is made up of CrossFit coaches that have coached numerous seasons of various sports, and also competed on teams at the collegiate level . We have coached soccer, football, baseball, softball and hockey teams to prepare them for the season and enhance their conditioning. Athletes have consistently found that attending classes at CFP, has improved their strength, power, speed, coordination, and endurance.
Adaptive
When we say CrossFit is for everyone, we mean it! At CrossFit Plainfield, our Adaptive Athletes program is designed with everyday movements to make life a little easier. Movements like squatting, picking things up, pulling things close, etc., are practiced in a safe, encouraging, and supportive space. Our Adaptive Program started over 3 years ago and is designed for ages 8 to adult.
Nutrition
At CrossFit Plainfield, we offer a customized Nutrition Program to meet your needs and goals. Our Nutrition coach will provide you with the support you need to either begin your journey, continue your weight loss, or modify and adjust your current goals.
Online Training
Do you travel but still want to maintain your fitness goals? Our online training program is designed for you to workout when you can with the guidance of a Coach. All workouts are designed for you and your goals.
