Our group fitness classes in Plainfield are the heart of our gym. With three distinct training tracks — CrossFit, Burn, and Strength — we give members the flexibility to train in the way that suits them best. From high-paced conditioning to slow, controlled lifting sessions, everything is coach-led and intentionally programmed.
Every class is capped for quality coaching and community connection, with average sizes ranging from 5 to 14. Our coaches are hands-on, guiding movement, checking form, and making adjustments based on your goals and experience. CrossFit
Our traditional CrossFit track blends barbell lifts, gymnastics, and conditioning into one powerful hour. Every workout is scalable, so you’ll get a challenge that fits your level — not someone else’s.

Burn
Fast-paced and sweat-driven, Burn is a 45-minute session using dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight movements. No barbells, no gymnastics — just high-energy training that leaves you feeling accomplished, not wrecked.

Strength
This class focuses on classic muscle-building: think 3 sets of 10, supersets, and targeted strength work. It’s slower-paced with more rest between sets, perfect for building muscle and staying consistent.
