Special Olympics Powerlifting
Our Special Olympics Powerlifting in Plainfield program offers neurodivergent athletes a structured, supportive space to build strength and confidence — and even compete.
More Than Showing Up
This program is dedicated to providing safe, fun, and empowering strength training for neurodivergent athletes and those with physical limitations. Our Special Olympics Powerlifting in Plainfield sessions focus on the three main lifts — deadlift, squat, and bench press — with added conditioning and mobility work, scaled appropriately for each athlete’s ability and goals.
With 3–4 coaches present at every session, we ensure close guidance, personalized modifications, and meaningful connection. This isn’t just a place to show up — it’s a place to thrive. Many of our athletes compete at the regional and state levels, supported every step of the way.
